Rédiger ainsi cet article : « L’article L. 322‑1 du code forestier est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au début du premier alinéa, est ajoutée la mention « I. – » ; « 2° Après le 5° , il est inséré un 6° ainsi rédigé : « « 6° L’évaluation des besoins et de suivi des pratiques des communes en matière d’écobuage confiée à une commission spécialisée en matière de prévention des incendies, qui désignera un référent agricole par commune. » « 3° À la fin, il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « II. – La mise en œuvre du 6° du I est fixée par décret. »
