Summary

Après l’article L. 131‑6 du code du sport, il est inséré un article L. 131‑6‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 131‑6‑1. – À titre expérimental, dans les territoires concentrant des populations les plus démunies, les ligues, fédérations sportives en partenariat avec les compagnies d’assurance pourront créer et proposer à ces populations une licence sportive sociale à un coût moindre que celui pratiqué et dans la limite de 3 euros . « Un rapport d’évaluation sera remis au Gouvernement à l’issue de la première année d’expérimentation. »
