I. – L’article L. 5132‑6 du code du travail est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le délai de carence prévu à l’article L. 1251‑36 n’est pas applicable. » II. – En conséquence, le dernier alinéa du I de l’article 79 de la loi n° 2018‑771 du 5 septembre 2018 pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Le délai de carence prévu à l’article L. 1251‑36 du même code n’est pas applicable. »
