Summary

Après l’article 1649 AB du code général des impôts, il est inséré un article ainsi rédigé : « Toute personne élaborant, développant ou commercialisant un schéma d’optimisation fiscale est tenue de porter ce dernier à la connaissance de l’administration fiscale dès les pourparlers de vente ou d’achat du dispositif. « Le manquement à cette obligation entraîne l’application de l’amende prévue à l’article 1734. « Un décret en Conseil d’État fixe les modalités d’application du présent article ».
