Le code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa du 4° du 1 de l’article 39, après la référence : « 235  ter  X » est insérée la référence : « 235  ter  ZD ». 2° L’article 235 ter ZD est complété par un XIV ainsi rédigé : « XIV. – La taxe n’est pas déductible de l’assiette de l’impôt sur les sociétés. »
