Summary

Après l’article 38 de la loi n° 2007‑290 du 5 mars 2007 instituant le droit au logement opposable et portant diverses mesures en faveur de la cohésion sociale, il est inséré un article 38  bis ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 38  bis. – Une personne ayant fait l’objet d’une décision de justice la condamnant à la suite d’une occupation sans droit ni titre d’un bien immobilier ne peut se prévaloir pendant une durée de trois ans des dispositions de la présente loi à compter de la date de sa condamnation. »
