Après le premier alinéa de l’article 8 du code de l’artisanat, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Outre les personnes physiques et dirigeants sociaux des personnes morales immatriculées au répertoire des métiers, sont considérés comme électeurs les conjoints disposant du statut de conjoint collaborateur ou de conjoint salarié. »
