Summary

I. – L’article L. 136‑8 du code de la sécurité sociale est ainsi modifié : 1° Au 2° du II, le taux : « 8,3 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 6,6 % » ; 2° Le III bis est abrogé ; 3° Au III ter , les mots : « aux III et III  bis  » sont remplacés par les mots : « au III ». II. – La perte de recettes pour les organismes de sécurité sociale est compensée à due concurrence par la majoration de l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
