Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Ces engagements doivent de plus être conformes à une trajectoire minimale de réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre définie pour la période 2020‑2030 et déclinée annuellement par secteur d’activité, définie par décret en Conseil d’État pris après avis du Haut Conseil pour le climat mentionné à l’article L. 132‑4 du code de l’environnement. »
