Summary

I. – L’article 220 sexies du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° La première phrase du huitième alinéa du 1 du III est complétée par les mots : « ainsi que les œuvres documentaires » ; 2° Au b du 2 du VI, le montant : « 1 150 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 3 000 € ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
