Après l’article 225‑19 du code pénal, il est inséré un article 225‑19‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 225-19-1.  – Les biens meubles ou immeubles, quelle qu’en soit la nature, divis ou indivis, ayant servi à commettre les infractions prévues aux articles 225‑13 à 225‑14‑2 et commises par un marchand de sommeil en situation de récidive tel que défini à l’article 225‑14‑3 sont systématiquement confisqués. »
