Summary

I. – Après le mot : « déséquilibre », la fin de la première phrase du sixième alinéa du I de l'article 210 F du code général des impôts est ainsi rédigée : « important entre l’offre et la demande de logements entraînant des difficultés d’accès au logement sur le parc locatif existant. » II. – Les pertes de recettes pour l’État sont compensées à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits visés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
