Summary
I. – L’article 278‑0 bis du code général des impôts est complété par un M ainsi rédigé : « M. – Les prestations relatives à la réparation des cycles, chaussures et articles en cuir et vêtements et linge de maison visant à rallonger la durée de vie des produits. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État résultant du I du présent article est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
