Summary

I. – Après le 1 de l’article 279‑0  bis  du code général des impôts, il est inséré un 1  bis  ainsi rédigé : « 1  bis . Par dérogation au 1, le taux prévu au premier alinéa de l’article 278‑0  bis  s’applique jusqu’au 31 décembre 2021. » II. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État du I ci-dessus est compensée, à due concurrence, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
