Summary

À compter du 1 er janvier 2035, il est interdit, en France continentale, de procéder à l’élimination de déchets non dangereux par enfouissement. Le recyclage, le réemploi, la réutilisation et la valorisation énergétique doivent être privilégiés. Cette interdiction ne s’applique pas aux déchets issus de la production d’électricité d’origine nucléaire.
