Après l’article L. 228‑2 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un article L. 228‑2-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 228‑2-1.  – A l’occasion de la construction ou de la réhabilitation des infrastructures de transports terrestres ou fluviaux, les continuités d’aménagements destinés aux piétons et aux cyclistes interceptés par ces infrastructures doivent être maintenues. »
