La sous-section 1 de la section 2 du chapitre unique du titre VII du livre II du code de la construction et de l’habitation est complétée par un article L. 271‑6-1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 271‑6-1 . – Pour tout acte ayant pour objet la construction ou l’acquisition d’un immeuble à usage d’habitation, l’acquéreur accomplit toutes diligences et s’entoure de toutes les informations nécessaires relatives à la situation de l’immeuble ou du terrain sur lequel repose l’immeuble et aux activités professionnelles, ou non, dans le proche environnement du bien acquis ou construit. « Ces diligences sont formalisées dans l’acte authentique portant sur la vente. »
