Summary

L’article L. 221‑32‑1 du code monétaire et financier est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le mot : « intermédiaire », la fin du premier alinéa est supprimée ; 2° Le troisième alinéa est ainsi rédigé : « Le plan donne lieu à ouverture d’un compte en espèces dédié ou, pour les plans ouverts auprès d’une entreprise d’assurance relevant du code des assurances, à signature d’un contrat de capitalisation. Les modalités déclaratives sont déterminées par décret. »
