Summary

I. – Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 131‑1 du code de l’action sociale et des familles est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « La résidence correspond au domicile déclaré à l’administration fiscale. ». II. – Le chapitre 1 er du titre I er du livre I er du code de la sécurité sociale est complété par un article L. 111‑2‑3-1 ainsi rédigé : « A rt. L. 111‑2‑3-1  – Au sens du présent code, la résidence principale et le lieu de résidence d’une personne correspondent au domicile déclaré par elle à l’administration fiscale. »
