Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Le transport de la préparation magistrale létale de la pharmacie à usage intérieur vers la pharmacie d’officine, puis de la pharmacie d’officine vers le lieu d’administration, s’effectue obligatoirement sous scellé, dans des conditions sécurisées définies par décret en Conseil d’État. » II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « II. – L’article 18 de la présente loi n’est pas applicable au transport de la préparation magistrale létale de la pharmacie à usage intérieur vers la pharmacie d’officine, puis de la pharmacie d’officine vers le lieu d’administration. »
