Summary

Après l’alinéa 12, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « II bis . – Le juriste d’entreprise ne peut avoir de clientèle personnelle. Dans l’exercice des missions qui lui sont confiées, il bénéficie de l’indépendance et n’est soumis à un lien de subordination à l’égard de son employeur que pour la détermination de ses conditions de travail. « Le contrat de travail ne doit pas comporter de stipulation limitant la liberté d’établissement ultérieure du salarié. »
