Summary

I. – L’article 1407  ter du code général des impôts est abrogé. II. – Le I est applicable à compter du 1 er janvier 2019. III. – La perte de recettes pour les collectivités territoriales est compensée à due concurrence par la majoration de la dotation globale de fonctionnement et, corrélativement pour l’État, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
