Summary

I. – L’article 226‑4-3 du code pénal est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Lorsque l’interdiction d’accès concerne une voie, un sentier ou un chemin privé bordé de haies, le propriétaire agissant en vertu de son titre ne peut y installer des fils de fer, chaînes, câbles ou objets divers sans les rendre visibles et accompagnés d’une signalisation adéquate. » II. – L’article L. 161‑1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les chemins ruraux contribuent à valoriser les paysages et à préserver la biodiversité, notamment avec les haies et arbres qui les bordent. Ils sont un moyen d’accès à la nature et le passage des piétons sur ces sentiers et chemins s’effectue librement dans le respect des lois et règlements de police. »
