Après l’article L. 231‑1 du code des relations entre le public et l’administration, il est inséré un article L. 231‑2 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 231‑2 . – La mise aux normes des exploitations agricoles doit faire l’objet d’un dialogue entre l’exploitation agricole et les pouvoirs publics permettant d’établir un calendrier prévisionnel assurant la pérennité de l’activité. « En matière agricole, le silence gardé pendant deux mois par l’administration vaut décision d’acceptation. »
