Summary

Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur l’impact de l’agrivoltaïsme sur la cession d’une exploitation agricole ou de la transmission de foncier agricole. Ce rapport étudie notamment les conséquences de l’agrivoltaïsme sur le prix de vente de l’exploitation ou sur le prix du foncier agricole, ainsi que son impact sur la capacité de production agricole des terres couvertes par un dispositif agrivoltaïque.
