Après l’alinéa 6, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Il accompagne les salariés ou demandeurs d’emploi reconnus en situation de handicap au titre des articles L. 5213‑1 à L. 5213‑3 et atteints d’une maladie chronique évolutive inscrite sur la liste mentionnée au 3° de l’article L. 160‑14 du code de la sécurité sociale dans le cadre de leur projet de transition professionnelle, de leur maintien dans l’emploi et de leur recherche d’emploi. »
