Après l’alinéa 2, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1°  bis  Après le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 442‑5, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « Les établissements ayant passé avec l’État un contrat d’association à l’enseignement public veillent à favoriser l’inclusion des élèves, sans distinction d’origine, de milieu social et de condition de santé et fournir, chaque année, à l’autorité académique un rapport relatif à ces objectifs. » »
