Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « Avant le dernier alinéa de l’article L. 917‑1 du code de l’éducation, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La prise en charge par l’État de la rémunération des accompagnants des élèves en situation de handicap des heures de travail effectuée lors du temps de pause méridienne ne doit pas entraîner de perte de revenu pour ces derniers. Le niveau de revenu de référence pris en compte pour chaque accompagnant d’élève en situation de handicap est celui qui était effectif à la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette prise en charge par l’État. »
