Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 2, substituer aux mots : « un nombre élevé », les mots : « au moins un million ». II. – En conséquence, au même alinéa, substituer aux mots : « dépassant des seuils fixés par décret en Conseil d’État », les mots : « chaque année ». III. – En conséquence, compléter ledit alinéa par la phrase suivante : « Un décret en Conseil d’État peut abaisser les seuils de nouvelles références à partir desquels une pratique commerciale consistant à renouveler très rapidement les collections vestimentaires et d’accessoires est caractérisée. »
