Summary

Après l’article 2 bis de la loi du 29 juillet 1881 sur la liberté de la presse, il est inséré un article 2 ter ainsi rédigé : « Art. 2 ter . – En cas de désaccord avec la marche éditoriale du média, les journalistes professionnels au sens de l’article L. 7111‑3 du code du travail peuvent convoquer une assemblée générale extraordinaire ayant pour objectif la rédaction d’une motion de défiance. Si celle-ci est votée lors d’un scrutin à bulletin secret par au moins 75 % des journalistes avec une participation égale ou supérieure à 75 %, le ou la responsable de la rédaction est révoqué. »
