Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 11 : « Art. L. 2134‑1 . – Les acteurs des secteurs sanitaire et médico-social, les services départementaux de protection maternelle et infantile et les services de l’éducation nationale assurent en priorité le repérage des enfants de moins de six ans susceptibles de présenter un trouble de santé à caractère durable et invalidant de quelque nature que ce soit, notamment un trouble du neuro-développement. Pour ce faire, un maillage est assuré à travers tout le territoire. Les professionnels de soins de ville assurent également ce repérage. Ce repérage s’appuie notamment sur les examens médicaux obligatoires prévus à l’article L. 2132‑2. »
