Après l’alinéa 15, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « II bis . – La section 1 du chapitre I er du titre II du livre II du code de l’environnement est complétée par un article L. 221‑5‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 221‑5‑1. – Le contrôle sanitaire de la qualité de l’air inclut le contrôle de la présence des substances per- et polyfluoroalkylées.
