Summary

I. - Compléter l’alinéa 13 par les mots : « , qui fait une place à tous les itinéraires culturaux qui comprend l’agroforesterie, laquelle inclut la gestion durable des haies ; ». II. - Après l’alinéa 14, insérer les dix alinéas suivants : « 1° bis Au premier alinéa de l’article L. 800‑1, après les mots : « notamment par l’agro-écologie » sont insérés les mots : « ainsi que la promotion de la haie et de l’agroforesterie ». « 1° ter Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 811‑5 est ainsi modifié : a) Après les mots : « de la forêt » sont insérés les mots : « de l’agroforesterie » ; b) Après les mots : « rural et forestier » sont insérés les mots : « notamment ceux issus des haies ». « 1° quater Le 1° de l’article L. 812‑1 est ainsi modifié : « Après le mot : « forestière » sont insérés les mots : « et agroforestière » ; « Après les mots : « l’espace rural » sont insérés les mots : « notamment de ses haies ». « 1° quinquies La première phrase du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 813‑1 est ainsi modifié : « Après le mot : « forêt » sont insérés les mots :« de l’agroforesterie » ; « Après les mots : « rural et forestier » sont insérés les mots : « notamment s’agissant des haies ». »
