La part d’actifs fossiles détenus dans le portefeuille d’investissement des prestataires de services financiers soumis aux dispositions du présent livre est au 1 er janvier 2030 de 50 % de la part détenue par ces prestataires de services financiers au 1 er janvier 2022, et au 1 er janvier 2040 de 10 % de la part détenue par ces prestataires de services au 1 er janvier 2022. »
