Rétablir l’article 3 dans la rédaction suivante : « Les personnes reconnues victimes d’une discrimination en application de l’article 1 er ont droit au bénéfice des mesures suivantes : « 1° Une allocation forfaitaire fixe de 10 000 euros ; « 2° Une allocation forfaitaire variable en fonction du nombre de jours de privation de liberté, fixée à 150 euros par jour ; « 3° Le remboursement du montant de l’amende dont elles se sont, le cas échéant, acquittées en application de leur condamnation, actualisé dans des conditions fixées par décret. »
