Summary

I. – L’avant-dernier et le dernier alinéas de l’article 13 de la Constitution sont supprimés. II. – En conséquence, l’article 43 de la Constitution est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les commissions permanentes nomment, à la majorité absolue des leurs membres, aux emplois ou fonctions en raison de leur importance pour la garantie des droits et libertés ou la vie économique et sociale de la Nation. Une loi organique détermine les emplois ou fonctions, autres que ceux mentionnés au troisième alinéa de l’article 12, pour lesquels les commissions disposent d’un pouvoir de nomination. La loi organique détermine les commissions permanentes compétentes selon les emplois ou fonctions concernés. »
