Summary

I. – L’article 73 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au 1° du 2 du I, le montant : « 150 000 € » est remplacé par le montant :« 250 000 € ». 2° Au 2° du 2 du I, le montant : « 150 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 250 000 € ». II. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État des I et II est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
