Summary

À compter de la publication de la présente loi, la contribution de l’État au financement des projets soutenus par l’Agence nationale de la rénovation urbaine dans le cadre du nouveau programme national de renouvellement urbain est conditionnée à l’engagement d’atteindre un taux de reconstitution des logements sociaux démolis au moins égal à 100 % ainsi qu’un taux de reconstitution de l’offre de logements en prêt locatif aidé d’intégration au moins égal à 100 %. Les modalités d’application de l’alinéa précédent sont définies par décret en Conseil d’État.
