Compléter l’alinéa 5 par les deux phrases suivantes : « En cas de décision de libération ou de cessation définitive de l’incarcération de la personne détenue, cette information est transmise à la victime ou à la partie civile au moins 30 jours ouvrés avant la date effective de la libération ou de la cessation de l’incarcération. En cas de cessation temporaire de l’incarcération de la personne détenue, elle est transmise à la victime ou à la partie civile au moins 15 jours ouvrés avant la date effective de la libération ou de la cessation de l’incarcération. »
