I. – Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 5 : « 1° Être majeur ou être émancipé au sens de l’article L. 413‑2 du code civil. » II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « II. – Les actes réalisés sur des personnes émancipées au sens de l’article L. 413‑2 du code civil mentionnées au 1° de l’article L. 1111‑12‑2 du code de la santé publique ne font l’objet d’aucune rémunération par la sécurité sociale.
