Summary

Après la première phrase du quatrième alinéa du I de l’article 18‑1 A de la loi n° 65‑557 du 10 juillet 1965 fixant le statut de la copropriété des immeubles bâtis, est insérée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Tout manquement du syndic à ses obligations d’entretien des bâtiments pour éviter leur dégradation ou à ses obligations de transparence de ses comptes est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 150 000 euros. ».
