Summary

A l'alinéa 1, rétablir le I dans la rédaction suivante : « Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur le coût et les modalités d’une réforme du congé proche aidant afin de le rémunérer sur le modèle des indemnités journalières, pour une durée d’un an fractionnable sur l’ensemble de la carrière. « Ce rapport comprend également des propositions concernant l’accès aux séjours de répit pour les proches aidants. »
