A l'alinéa 1, rétablir le I dans la rédaction suivante : « Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur le coût et sur les modalités d’une réforme du congé de solidarité familiale permettant d’en accroître le taux de recours et de garantir une revalorisation de l’indemnisation qui est versée, en examinant notamment les possibilités d’élargir les modalités de versement et d’allonger la durée de versement. Il étudie la suppression du critère d’accompagnement effectué à domicile afin de bénéficier du dispositif. »
