Après l’alinéa 12, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « aa) Le 1° est complété par deux phrases ainsi rédigées : « L’accord-cadre précise en outre que le montant de la matière première agricole communiqué par le premier acheteur à ses propres acheteurs est transmis à l’organisation de producteurs, laquelle établit une attestation de conformité au regard de la valeur négociée dans l’accord-cadre. Ces dispositions s’appliquent également aux relations entre une coopérative agricole et ses associés-coopérateurs relevant de l’article L. 631‑24‑3 du même code, lorsqu’elles portent sur la détermination, la modification ou la communication des éléments de valorisation économique de la matière première agricole. » ; ».
