Summary

I. – Supprimer les alinéas 9 à 12. II. – En conséquence, à l’alinéa 15, substituer aux mots : « à la demande de la personne et à l’initiative » : les mots : « dans le respect des volontés de la personne ». III. – En conséquence, supprimer les alinéas 28 à 35. IV. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 47, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « XIV bis . – À la deuxième phrase de l’alinéa 9, après le mot : « sont », sont insérés les mots : « accessibles sur l’ensemble du territoire national selon une répartition garantissant un accès équitable aux personnes malades et ». V. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 56, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « XVIII bis . – Après l’alinéa 12 est inséré l'alinéa suivant : « L’entourage d’une personne recevant des soins palliatifs bénéficie d’un accompagnement psychologique et social, y compris après le décès de la personne. »
