Summary

L’article L. 2111‑10 du code des transports est ainsi modifié : 1° Après la première phrase du sixième alinéa, est insérée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « S’agissant du suivi annuel du programme pluriannuel des investissements mentionné au dix-huitième alinéa, le rapport d’activité précise notamment le niveau d’exécution en volume et en valeur des investissements, ainsi que les éventuelles nouvelles prévisions effectuées sur cette base en volume et en valeur. » ; 2° Après le 4° , il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « En outre, est annexé au contrat mentionné au premier alinéa du présent article le programme pluriannuel des investissements de SNCF Réseau, révisable à chaque actualisation du contrat. »
