Summary

Avant le dernier alinéa du II de l’article L. 221‑2-4 du code de l’action sociale et des famille, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La durée minimale des entretiens conduits dans le cadre de l’évaluation de la minorité est déterminée par décret en Conseil d’État, en vue d’assurer une procédure approfondie, conforme à l’intérêt supérieur de l’enfant et garantissant une appréciation complète des éléments permettant de statuer sur la minorité de la personne. »
