Summary

Après la deuxième phrase de l’alinéa 16, insérer la phrase suivante :  « Lorsqu’une commune estime être dans l’incapacité d’atteindre les objectifs de réalisation de logements sociaux, elle peut, avec l’accord de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale auquel elle appartient, demander au représentant de l’État dans le département la signature d’un contrat de mixité sociale. »
