Summary

Afin de sécuriser, simplifier et mieux accompagner l’exercice des activités agricoles en favorisant l’atteinte de nos objectifs environnementaux, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, un rapport sur l’opportunité de la création d’un service public de l’accompagnement administratif agricole incombant aux chambres d’agriculture sous la responsabilité de l’État. Ce dispositif serait conçu comme une mission de service public sous la responsabilité de l’État. Il pourrait être opéré par des entités déléguées, sous la supervision et le contrôle de l’État, de sorte d’assurer un accès universel à un accompagnement administratif de qualité pour toutes les exploitations agricoles du territoire national.
