Après l’alinéa 18, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 5° Après l’article L. 433‑1, il est inséré un article L. 433‑2 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 433‑2. – Les dispositions de l’article L. 433‑1 sont applicables aux personnes qui font le choix, à titre de résidence principale, d’un mode d’habitation prévu à l’article L. 281‑1, lorsque leur travail consiste à apporter aux personnes avec lesquelles elles partagent leur résidence un accompagnement continu et quotidien. »
